The complex offers excellent amenities, including a swimming pool, expansive grounds with mature trees, a communal braai area, coin-operated laundry facilities, and 24-hour security for your peace of mind.
Viewings are by appointment only and scheduled in weekly timeslots to minimize disruption to current tenants.
Applicants must be students, providing proof of registration and provisional acceptance. Please note, no pets are allowed, and smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
Water and fibre internet are included in the rent. Electricity is prepaid and shared among flatmates, averaging approximately R300 per person per month.
